'Live is like a domino

only that you are always getting a double empty one.
You are also naked as a jaybird,
and Karpaty lost a football game again...'

…sings Brati Gadyukina, the Ukrainian legendary rock’n roll band.

On 20th September 2017, Ukrainian first-league team FC Karpaty Lviv was playing an away game with Prykarpattya Ivano-Frankivsk. Karpaty’s fans hoped that this Ukrainian Cup match with the theoretically- weaker opponent would stop the misfortune of their team. But again…. Karpaty lost 2:1.

The vicious hooligans started a riot with the police.

Karpaty’s Lviv hooligans have a bad reputation in Ukraine. Riots break out often during matches. Among the hooligans from the club in Lviv, there are veterans of the war in Donbass, neo-Nazis and even policemen.
